Instantly stream movies and shows with your CAPL card– no wait times. Please note that there is a limit of 5 downloads/streams per CAPL card per month. You can stream titles through a browser or the hoopla app. Hoopla is compatible with Chromecast, Apple TV, Adroid TV, Fire TV, and Roku. If you use the app, you can download titles to your device for offline playback later. Titles are automatically returned and removed from your device at the end of the lending period.
